摘 要:对黔中石灰岩地区灌木林土壤酶活性和植物物种多样性进行研究,结果表明:根际中土壤酶活性都大于非根际,植物土壤酶活性与灌木层植物物种多样性存在不同程度的相关性,与灌木林草本层植物物种多样性指数相关性不明显,根际土壤酶活性与灌木层植物物种多样性相关性明显大于非根际土壤酶活性与灌木层植物物种多样性。说明植物对土壤酶活性产生影响,研究还进一步表明植物的数量和物种组成与土壤酶活性也存在一定的关系。Article took the soil enzyme activity and plant species diversity of the typical shrub in the limestone area of central Guizhou as the research object. The result shows:the soil enzyme activity is obviously stronger in the rhizosphere soil than that in the non-rhizosphere soil. There is a close positive correlation between the rhizosphere,non-rhizosphere soil enzyme and plant species diversity of the coniferous forests in the shrub layer,whereas a negative correlation is found in the herb layer. Correlation coefficients between the soil enzyme and plant species diversity of the coniferous forests in the rhizosphere soil are positively high than that in the non-rhizosphere soil. The research shows that the plant affects the soil enzyme activity. At the same time,it further indicates that the number and composition of plant have some relations with the soil enzyme activity.
