摘 要:针对起重机主梁盖板和腹板的箱形梁焊接残余应力及变形复杂等情况,采用有限元方法,选取分段移动串行热源模型、热力耦合及生死单元技术,进行了焊接应力场及变形的数值模拟。结果表明,所采用分段移动串行热源模型加载热载荷的方法,能够较好地模拟实际焊接过程中的热源移动情况,与普通高斯热源相比,网格数量及计算时间明显减少,且计算精度基本相同,模拟出的箱形梁焊接变形与理论分析基本吻合。Based on the complex condition of the welding residual stress and deformation of the main girder cover and web of the crane, by using the finite element method, and selecting segmented moving string heat source model, coupled thermo-mechanical and life-death element technique, the numerical simulation for welding stress field and deformation was carried out. The results showed that the method used to apply thermal load with segmented moving string heat source model could simulate the heat source movement condition during the actual welding process much better. Compared with ordinary Gaussian heat source, the number of grids and computing time was reduced significantly, and calculation accuracy was same basically. The simulated distortion of the box-beam welding matched the theoretical analysis basically.
