摘 要:目的优选三黄解毒乳膏的乳化工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以所制乳膏离心分层后油层的高度为考察指标,对影响乳膏稳定性的主要因素进行优选。结果最佳乳化成型工艺是油相组成为硬脂酸150g,液体石蜡120g,白凡士林12g,羊毛脂60g;乳化剂组成为三乙醇胺5mL,吐温-8020g;温度为90℃。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行,可为工业化生产提供实验依据。Objective To optimize the emulsification technology of sanhuang jiedu cream. Methods The main factors influencing the stability of cream were optimized by orthogonal experiment with the thickness of oil layer obtained after centrifugalization as reference. Results The optimum ratio of oil-phase were: stearic acid 150 g,olefin 120 g,petrolatum album 12 g,lanolin 60 g; The ratio of emulsifier were: triethanolamine 5 mL,tween-80 20 g; The temperature of emulsification was 90 ℃. Conclusion The optimized emulsification technology is stable and feasible,and provides experimental evidence for the industrial production of sanhuang jiedu cream.
