头孢哌酮/舒巴坦与氨茶碱在氯化钠注射液中配伍的稳定性

摘　　要：目的考察头孢哌酮/舒巴坦与氨茶碱在氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外双波长分光光度法测定25℃条件下放置6h内配伍液中两组分含量,并比较配伍后其外观、pH值的变化。结果配伍后氨茶碱含量无明显变化,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦含量下降18%,6h时配伍液澄清,颜色变为淡黄色,pH值下降0.65。结论注射用氨茶碱与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦不可加入氯化钠注射液中配伍应用。Objective To study the compatible stability of aminophylline injection mixing with cefoperazone and sulbactam. Methods The contents of 2 constituents of the mixed solution stored at 25 ℃ within 6 hours were determined by spectrophotometry with dual ultraviolet wavelength,and the appearance,pH value of the mixture were compared before and after mixing. Results After mixing,the content of cefoperazone and sulbactam reduced 18%,that of aminophylline did not change significantly. But the mixed solution was clear and the colour became yellowish and pH decreased 0.65 at 6 h. Conclusion Aminophylline injection is incompatible with cefopern-zone and sulbactam in sodium chloride injection.
