摘　　要：为提高GMDSS模拟训练中评估的客观性与准确性,减少人为因素的影响,分析了GMDSS模拟器实操训练的特点,明确了影响GMDSS实操训练成绩的评估指标,以分步评估法为基础,使用层次分析法确定各评估要素的指标权重,建立训练成绩评估数学模型.采用VC++6.0为开发工具,基于训练成绩评估数学模型,设计并实现了GMDSS模拟训练评估系统.教学实践表明,该评估系统稳定、界面友好,评分方法合理,可较客观准确地反映实际操作情况.To improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation for global maritime distress and safety system（GMDSS） simulation training while eliminating the man-made influence,the characteristics of practical operation training based on GMDSS simulator were analyzed so as to confirm the evaluation indexes of GMDSS simulation training performance.Analytics hierarchy process（AHP） method was used to compute the weights of the evaluation indexes,and the evaluation model of GMDSS simulation training performance was established based on the steps evaluation method.According to the evaluation model,the evaluation system for GMDSS simulation training performance was developed under the platform of Visual C＋＋ 6.0 version.Teaching practice shows that the proposed system has advantages of high stability and friendly interface.The calculation method of operator＇s training score is reasonable and able to reflect the practice of operator＇s operation.
