上海西郊生产性服务业集聚区发展新机遇分析

摘　　要：上海西郊生产性服务业集聚区,虽然是上海首个大规模的生产性服务业集聚区,是上海现代服务业辐射长三角的重要联结点,但是,与其他国际大都市的先进生产性服务业集聚区比较,上海西郊集聚区发展相对滞后,仍处于前期发展阶段。"大虹桥"商务区的开发,给西郊集聚区带来了更便利的交通条件以及人流和物流的快速流动,将有助于西郊集聚区经济环境的提升和政策环境的改善。上海西郊生产性服务区应该紧紧抓住这前所未有的发展新机遇,尽快将自己建设成为具有较强特色产业导向的、以园区式生产性服务业为特色的区域生产性服务业集聚区,在上海趋于"服务经济"的经济结构转变中发挥重要作用。Although the Western Suburb of Shanghai is the first large-scale cluster district of producer services and the important junc-ture where Shanghai modern services radiate the Yangtze River Delta Area.But its development lags behind,still lies in the preliminary stage,compared with cluster district of advanced producer services of other cosmopolis.However,the development of Big Hongqiao commercial district brings more convenient transportation and faster transfer of personnel and logistics for the Western Suburb of Shang-hai,which will improve its economic and policy environment.Hence,the Western suburb should take the unprecedented opportunity,develop itself into a cluster district of regional producer services with strong industrial and parking-type characteristics,and play more roles in service economy structure.
