摘 要:通过在聚丙烯(PP)基体中填充(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(EOR),采用调控粘度比和改变成型加工方法制备了相同组分下线性热膨胀系数(CLTE)各异的PP/EOR合金,利用注射成型工艺将两种CLTE差异极大的材料粘结在一起。研究结果表明,随着橡胶相的加入,模压PP/EOR体系的CLTE较PP明显升高,但注塑PP/EOR体系的CLTE则显著降低;SEM分析表明注塑PP/EOR体系形成了层状共连续结构;复合体有很高的光致变形效果,变形率最大达28%。PP/EOR alloys with different coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE) under same constitution were prepared by choosing appropriate viscosity ratio and processing methods. The results showed that the CLTE of press - molded PP/EOR alloy was significantly elevated by the addition of EOR; however, the CLTE of injection molded counterparts were greatly reduced, the minimum to 4.37×10 -^-5 PC. SEM observation showed that the phase structure of injection-molded PP/EOR alloy was micro-layer cocontinuous. With the decrease of viscosity ratio, the CLTE of injection systems could be further reduced. The two types of materials with greatly different CLTE were firmly bonded by the injection molding process. The complex responded rapidly when given light contact for only 10s, and eventually reached stability when the sample achieved the deformation rate of 28%.
