摘 要:采用不同增韧剂对4种粘度的尼龙(PA)6进行增韧,研究了PA6粘度对增韧效果的影响。结果表明,随着增韧剂含量的增加,PA6的悬臂梁冲击强度增大,拉伸及弯曲强度有所降低,PA6粘度越高增韧效果越好,在PA6 YH3400中增韧剂B质量分数为20%时,PA6的缺口冲击强度最高,达到840J/m。The influence of nylon 6 viscosity of on the mechanical properties of the blends using four nylon 6 materials of different viscosity and two touthening agents was studied. The results showed that with increasing of toughening agent contents, the impact strength was increased, while tensile strength, bending strength and melt flow rate were decreasd. Toughening effect was better when viscosity of nylon 6 was higher. The impact strengh of nylon 6 blend reached to 840 J/m when 20% ( in weight) toughening agent B was added to nylon 6 YH3400.
