摘　　要：本研究采用流式细胞术及荧光探针标记技术检测了淫羊藿甙对人高转移肺癌细胞膜的影响。结果表明,淫羊藿甙可提高PG细胞膜流动性,增加膜表面HLA-ABC抗原的表达,增强肿瘤细胞的抗原性,这可能是淫羊藿甙的抗瘤作用机制之一。In this study, flow cytometry (FCM) and fluorescent probe technique were used to explore the influence of icariin (ICA) on cell membrane of PG. The data suggested that ICA could inhance membrane fluidity of PG and increase the expression of membrane HLA-ABC antigen. This could be one of the anticancer mechanisms of ICA.
