摘　　要：介绍了脱乙烷塔的工艺流程,指出了在现场实际生产中存在的问题,即脱乙烷塔生产波动比较大,对生产过程进行了标定,用流程模拟软件ChemCAD对脱乙烷塔进行了工艺数据的测定与考核,分析了脱乙烷塔产品质量不合格及生产波动原因,提出了改造建议。This article introduces the process flow of deethanizer column,points out the problem in practical production,i.e.high production fluctuation in deethanizer column,calibrates the production process,determines and checks the process data of deethanizer column with Chem-CAD software,analyzes the reasons for off-spec products and production fluctuation of the deethanizer column,and presents some suggestions on modification.
