摘　　要：以雷酚内酯为原料，经甲基化、氧化、去甲基化、还原、环氧化等七步反应合成了雷公藤甲素。其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、质谱确证。Triptolide was semi synthesized by triptophenolide,which was a convenient starting material and was isolated from extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii ,through methylating,oxidation,demethylating,reduction and epoxidation reaction.This method promoted the comprehensive utilization of components on Tripterygium wilfordii .
