摘  要:用铜蒸汽、氦氖、YAG脉冲三种激光器照射产黄青霉菌,每种激光采用高、中、低三种剂量,结果显示单一激光处理无死亡作用,铜蒸汽和氦氖激光对青霉素菌种有修复作用。用紫外光和氦氖激光复合处理,其修复作用比单一激光处理大得多,随着氦氖激光照射时间延长,修复作用增大,用紫外与氦氖7min复合处理后,修复作用达到297%,诱变效果随之增大,出现菌落直径变小,放射线变短,孢子颜色变深,生长速度变慢等变化。获一高产菌株,效价提高666%,再经两次连续自然分离,所获高产菌株效价比生产菌株提高2455%。This paper reported the radiation of Copper steam, Helium Neon and YAG pulse laser to Penicillin chrysogenum , which produces penicillin. We selected three laser radiation dosages to mutated strain. Results showed that single laser radiation had no lethal effect on strain. However, copper steam and Helium Neon radiation had repation effect. When we used composite mutation-the first ultraviolet ray and then the Helium Neon laser to radiate Penicillin chrysogenum , the repation effect on the strain was produced in the designed experiment. Under the condition of UV+Helium Neon 7 minutes radiation the reparation rate reached 29.7%, the mutation effect was enhanced, and some changes took place. For example, the diameter of strain colonies was smaller, the radiation lines on the surface of the colonies were shorter, the color of spores was darker, and the growth rate of strain was slower, etc. Hundreds of colonies were selected and their penicillin production activity was measured. One strain′s antibiotic production ability was 6.66% higher than that of its parent strain. After further separation and cultivation, we got one high producer, whose penicillin production level was about 24.55% higher than that of the control. So we concluded that composite laser mutation was an effective method in high antibiotic producer screening.
