摘　　要：目的对某兽药厂洛克沙胂生产线职业病危害因素控制效果进行评价。方法根据现场职业卫生学调查情况结合国家有关的职业卫生标准及其规范进行评价。结果该生产线存在生产性化学毒物、粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素。生产性化学毒物、粉尘、噪声合格率分别为92.1%、100.0%和86.2%。职业卫生管理措施,事故防范和应急、救援预案不健全,应急救援设施和设备的配套不完全。结论该生产线职业病危害关键控制点是抽滤、发离、胂化、硝化、胂酸化工序的砷化氢泄漏。在通风、防毒和职业卫生管理措施,事故防范应急救援等方面还需改进。[Objectives]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazard factors in roxarsone production line of a veterinary drugs factory.[Methods]The evaluation was carried out according to on-site occupational hygienic investigation combined with the related national occupational health standard and criterion.[Results]There existed occupational hazard factors in the production line, such as productive chemical poison, dust, noise, etc. The qualification rate of productive chemical poison, dust and noise was 92.1%, 100.0% and 86.2%, respectively. The production line had defects in occupational health management measures, prevention and emergency response for accident, rescue plans, and lacked corollary equipment for emergency rescue facility.[Conclusion]The critical control points for occupational hazards in this production line were arsenic hydride leak in pumping filtration, separation, arsination, nitration, arsonylation. Ventilation, anti-toxin, occupational health management measures, prevention and emergency response for accident should be improved.
