摘 要:目的了解中山市游泳场所的泳池水水质卫生状况,以掌握游泳池水中微生物的污染情况。方法在2009年泳季里,依照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》和《公共场所卫生标准检测方法》对泳池水进行抽样检测并对细菌总数、大肠菌群及游离性余氯等进行测定。对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌等病原菌采用增菌、平板分离和系统生化的方式进行检测。结果 467份的泳池水中检出病原菌12株,检出率为2.57%,其中以金黄色葡萄球菌检出率最高,检出率为2.14%;其次为铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌,检测率各为0.21%。结论该市泳池水中存在着多种病原菌,说明目前游泳池水的消毒方法不够完善,建议加强消毒管理。[Objectives]To understand the hygiene condition of swimming pool water quality in Zhongshan city,and master the microbial contamination in swimming pool water.[Methods]In 2009 swimming season,according to Rules of Health Monitoring for Public Places and Hygienic Standard Examination Methods for Public Places,the swimming pool water was sampled and determined,and the total bacterial count,coli group and free residual chlorine were tested.The pathogenic bacteria,including Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coll,were detected by enrichment,plate isolation and biochemical systems.[Results]Among 467 swimming pool water samples,12 strains of different pathogenic bacteria were detected and the detection rate was 2.57%.The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus(2.14%) was the highest,followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli,which the detection rate both were 0.21%.[Conclusion]There are various pathogenic bacteria in swimming pool water,which indicates the disinfection method is not perfect,and the disinfection management should be improved.
