某风力发电机建设项目职业病危害预评价

摘　　要：目的识别与分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价建设项目在职业病防治方面的可行性,为建设项目的初步设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法以类比法为主,结合检查表法进行判断分析。结果该建设项目在选址、总平面布置、生产工艺布局、辅助用室设置、职业病危害防护设施等方面基本符合要求。在应急救援,职业卫生管理、个人防护用品方面需要加强;该项目主要的职业病危害因素有噪声、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、电焊烟尘、锰及其无机化合物、砂轮磨尘、二氧化锡、铜(烟)。类比检测结果:苯、甲苯、二甲苯、电焊烟尘、锰及其无机化合物、二氧化锡、铜(烟)、其他粉尘的C-TWA及C-STEL(或超限倍数)均未超过职业接触限值。噪声作业的电机测试、打磨、空气清洁、热套岗位8小时等效声级超过职业接触限值。结论建设方按照本报告所提出的各项职业病危害防护措施及建议认真落实,则该建设项目的职业病危害因素可以得到预防和控制。[Objective]To identify and analyze possible occupational hazard factors and their damage degree in this construction project,evaluate its feasibility on occupational disease prevention,and provide necessary countermeasures and advices for the preliminary design of this construction project.[Methods]Analogy combined with checklist method was adopted to identify and analyze.[Results]The location,general layout,production process layout,the arrangement of auxiliary rooms and protecting facilities for occupational hazard factors of this construction project accorded with the requirements.The emergency rescue,occupational health management and individual protective articles should be improved.The main occupational hazard factors of the project were noise,benzene,toluene,dimethylbenzene,welding fume,manganese and its inorganic compound,grinding wheel dust,tin dioxide and copper fume.The results of analogy showed that the C-TWA and C-STEL of benzene,toluene,welding fume,manganese and its inorganic compound,tin dioxide,copper fume and other dusts didn＇t exceed the occupational exposure limit.Among noise exposure posts,the 8h equivalent sound pressure level of motor test,buffing,air cleaning and shrink fit exceed the occupational exposure limit.[Conclusion]If construction unit implements the protective measures and advices of occupational hazard factors,which were suggested by this paper,the occupational hazard factors of this construction project can be prevented and controlled.
