摘　　要：天生桥一级水电站是我国在建最高的混凝土面板堆石坝，工程采用的施工导流标准、渡汛方式、导流程序是合理的。施工过程中采取了过流保护工程措施及安全渡汛调控管理，使工程按设计如期进行，大大简化了施工导流建筑物的规模，缩短了前期工期，节省了资金的投入。The Tianshengqiao First cascade Hydropower Station has the highest under construction concrete facing rockfill dam in China. The construction diversion standard, the way to tide over flood season and diversion program adopted by this project are reasonable. In the construction, the overflow protection engineering measures and the regulating and control management for safely tiding over flood season have been taken, which enable the project to be constructed on schedule according to the design. Meanwhile, it simplifies the size of construction diversion structure, shortens the period of antecedent works and saves the capital input.
