深圳龙岗区育龄妇女宫内节育器避孕节育相关知识-态度-行为的调查

摘　　要：目的了解深圳龙岗地区妇女宫内节育器(IUD)避孕节育相关知识-态度-行为(KAP)。方法于2008—2009年在深圳龙岗随机选取有放置IUD史的已婚育龄妇女进行结构式问卷调查,内容包括一般人口学特征、IUD放置史及不良反应、并发症的发生情况、对当前IUD相关知识的认识和态度等,并对数据进行统计分析。结果对2001份调查资料的分析结果显示,97%的育龄妇女都知道放置IUD后可免费查环查孕。有1623名(81.2%)妇女在放置IUD后6个月内做过检查。93.4%的妇女表示,如果发生IUD不良反应,会选择计划生育中心、大医院或妇幼保健所进行治疗。妇女对当前避孕措施、提供的服务及宣传教育的满意度约为70%;她们认为最容易接受的方式是计生部门的宣传。本地户口的育龄妇女对宣传教育的满意度(76.4%)高于外地户口的妇女(70.0%)。结论仍有30%左右的妇女对当前的避孕节育措施、提供的服务及宣传教育不太满意,在加强避孕节育知识宣传教育的同时还应增加对外地户籍妇女的重视。Objective To acquaint with KAP of contraception with IUD in bearing-age women of Longgang district,Shenzhen.Methods Bearing-age women with a history of inserting IUD were recruited into this research and were investigated with structured questionnaires during 2008-2009.The contents of the questionnaire included general demographic characteristics,inserting history of IUD and side effects/complications,and knowledge and attitude on IUD.Results Totaled 2001 eligible questionnaires were analyzed.About 97% women knew that there was free examination chance after inserting IUD and 81.2% women underwent exam within 6 months after surgery.Up to 93.4% women said they would choose family planning centers,general hospital or maternal and child health hospital if side-effect happened.The satisfactions of contraceptive methods,service or education were about 70%.They thought the most acceptable method was propaganda conducted by family planning sections.Women with local household registration were more satisfied with propaganda than nonlocal.Conclusion About 30% women were not satisfied with the current contraceptive methods,service,or propaganda.The propaganda and education on contraception should be strengthened,especially on nonlocal women.
