鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术60例分析与体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的手术方法和疗效。方法：对2008年6月-2009年6月我院施行鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术60例病例进行回顾性分析。结果：60例鼻中隔偏曲患者术后均取得满意效果,所有主观症状消失,无并发症发生。结论：在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲手术应针对不同偏曲类型,采取不同的手术方法,切口位置都应有所区别而达到微创和良好的手术效果。Objective： To summarize the key points to the success of orthopaedy in patients with nasal septum deviation under endoscopy.Methods： Data of 60 patients with nasal septum deviation who underwent orthopaedy under nasal endoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All the procedures were successful.All patients recovered with no complications and disappearance of subjective symptoms.Conclusion： For orthopaedy in patients with nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy,different approaches and incision locations should be applied according to the specific situation in order to achieve better effects.
