摘  要:目的:观察氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液对子宫全切术中机体应激反应的影响。方法:选择拟行全麻下腹式子宫全切术患者40例,ASA分级1~2级,随机分为观察组(F组)和对照组(C组),每组各20例。两组均采用相同的麻醉诱导和维持方案,观察组于手术开始前10 min缓慢静注氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液1 mg/Kg。记录麻醉前(T0)、切皮时(T1)、术毕(T2)和术后24 h(T3)的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR),并分别抽取肘静脉血2 mL,检测血浆皮质醇(Cor)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量,记录术中麻醉药物用量。结果:两组患者MAP、HR在T1-T3时与T0时比较均没有明显升高(P〉0.05),F组低于C组但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);F组Cor、IL-6含量在T1-T3时与T0时比较没有明显升高(P〉0.05),而C组明显升高(P〈0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组麻醉药物用量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液能降低腹式子宫全切术中机体的应激反应。Objective: To observe the effect of flurbiprofen axetil lipid microsphere injection on stress during hysterectomy.Methods: Forty patients at ASA class 1 and 2 underwent hysterectomy were randomly and equally divided into study group(group F) and control group(group C).With the same anesthesia way,patients in group F were injected with flurbiprofen axetil lipid microsphere slowly at 1mg/kg 10 minutes before operation.The mean artery pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),plasma concentration of corticosteroid(Cor) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were detected before anaesthesia(T0),at skin incision(T1),at the end of operation(T2) and postoperative 24h(T3).Results: The MAP and HR at T1 to T3 had no significant increase comparing with those at To in both groups,the MAP and HR in group F were lower than those in group C,while there was no significant difference(P〈0.05).The plasma level of Cor and IL-6 at T1 to T3 in group F were lower than those at To.While in group C they had significantly rise(P〈0.05),and there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).Besides,there was insignificant difference in the dosage of anesthetics(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil lipid microsphere injection can depress the stress during the hysterectomy.
