广州市颐康园社区儿童保健工作存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：初步分析了颐康园社区健康服务中心在卫生部适宜技术规范下开展儿童保健工作中,由于受各种因素的影响,存在着经费不足,人员队伍不稳定、政府对儿童保健工作重视不够、技术力量薄弱、设备缺乏、居民对保健工作认识不足、流动儿童管理困难及团队之间缺乏协调与沟通等问题,提出了相关建议与对策,以促进儿童保健工作向良性循环的方向发展。Preliminary analysis of Heath Park Community Health Service Center in the Ministry of Health carried out under the appropriate technical specifications of child health work, due to various factors,there are insufficient funds,workforee instability, the covernment has paid insufficient attention to protecting children, technology is weak, lack of equipment, the residents lack of knowledge of health care, mobile child management difficulties, lack of coordination between and communication issues,and put forward relevant suggestions and measures to promote child health care work to the virtuous circle direction.
