高校男性国防大学生吸烟认知现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解男性国防生吸烟的认知现状。方法对兰州某校360名男性国防生(简称国防生)的吸烟知识进行问卷调查,采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果回收有效问卷314份,有效回收率为91.20%。国防生现吸烟率为33.76%,吸烟量以2～4支/d为多;国防生对烟草中含有尼古丁和烟焦油的知晓率分别为99.04%和92.04%,还有22.93%的国防生不认为烟草中含有放射性物质;绝大多数国防生知道吸烟是肺癌和支气管炎(分别占94.59%和90.45%)的致病因素;知道吸烟与脑中风疾病有关的仅占36.62%。学校家庭、网络及同学/或朋友(分别占27.71%、23.57%和19.43%)是国防生获取吸烟与健康知识的主要途径。96.18%的国防生认为吸烟是不良行为,认为一切公共场所应禁止吸烟的占81.53%。结论国防生对烟草与健康的认知有待于加强,家庭、学校和网络是获取知识的主要途径,而来自医务人员和医学书籍的知识更可信。OBJECTIVE Understanding of men＇s understanding of smoking status of national defense. METHODS Lanzhou University 360 men of a national defense awareness of the smoking survey, using SPSS 11.5 software for statistical analysis. RESULTS 314 valid questionnaires, effective recovery rate of 91.20%. Male smoking rate was now 33.76 percent national defense, tobacco production to 2-4/ d based. National defense of the tobacco smoke contains nicotine and tar in awareness rate of 99.04% and 92.04%, respectively, 22.93% were non-argue that tobacco contains radioactive material; the vast majority of national defense knows that smoking is lung cancer and bronchitis（respectively accounting for 94.59% and 90.45%）of the pathogenic factors. But know that smoking-related diseases and stroke accounted for only 36.62%. Schools, families, networks and classmates friends（respectively accounting for 27.71%, 23.57% and 19.43%） were national defense for smoking and health, the main way to knowledge; 96.18% the national defense that smoking was bad behavior, believe that all public places should be prohibited from smoking accounted for 81.53%. CONCLUSION National defense awareness of tobacco and health need to be strengthened, and home schools, and networks are the main way to obtain knowledge, while those from the medical staff and medical books of knowledge is highly credible.
