摘  要:通过有限元显式动力分析软件的显式算法对石油射孔弹顺序起爆后,弹间爆轰冲击波干扰的过程分别进行了二维和三维数值模拟,对其模拟结果进行了讨论。分析认为,影响高孔密射孔枪射孔效果的弹间干扰产生的主要原因是爆轰冲击波的压力场受到不同程度的干扰,破坏了弹体控制的爆轰波形。数值计算结果符合试验所得物理现象和规律。该模型对减小或消除石油射孔弹间干扰有借鉴作用。A two-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical simulation of the process of the detonation shock wave interference among the charges was conducted after a sequential detonation of the oil perforating charges by the explicit algorithm of the finite element explicit dynamic analysis software.The simulation result was discussed.The analysis indicates that the major reason for the interference among charges,which affects the perforation effect of the high-shot-density perforating gun,is that the pressure field of the detonation shock wave is interfered in different degrees and thus damages the detonation wave form of the charge body.The numerical calculation result is in agreement with the physical phenomenon and law obtained by the experiment.The model serves as a reference for reduction or removal of the interference among the oil perforating charges.
