摘　　要：针对以前卧式井架采油车存在适用范围小、滚筒易断裂、油抽子易碰撞井口和超载荷采油容易使钢丝绳掉入井中的问题,研制了JY5230TCYC20型采油车。该采油车为车装式、机械传动和气液集中控制。柴油机输出的动力,通过底盘车变速器和传动轴传递给底盘车分动器。现场应用情况表明,该采油车结构合理,性能优越,稳定性好,对井口方便,操作灵活可靠,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,满足了油田的采油需要。Considering the problems of the horizontal derrick oil production truck as narrow application scope and the drum being apt to fracture and etc.,Model JY5230TCYC20 oil production truck was developed.It is truck-mounted,adopting mechanical driving and gas-liquid centralized control.The output power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the transfer case of the chassis through the gearshaft and driving shaft of the chassis.The field application shows that,the oil production truck is rational in structure,desirable in performance,good in stability,convenient in alignment to the wellhead and flexible and reliable in operation,and it can reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the operating efficiency and satisfy the production requirement in oilfields.
