摘　　要：为了进一步促进欠平衡钻井技术的发展,推进旋转防喷器产品系列化,开展了DQX-Ⅱ型低压旋转防喷器的研制。该防喷器采用双胶心结构,上胶心起扶正、减震作用,下胶心起密封作用,弥补了目前欠平衡钻井导流头使用单胶心的不足;此外,上、下胶心全体安装在壳体内部,进一步增强了扶正效果。还采用了滴油润滑设计,能够有效提高胶心的密封效果,延长胶心的使用寿命。室内模拟试验与现场试验表明,该防喷器在使用过程中运转正常,性能可靠,可操作性强,效果良好,达到了设计要求,能满足低压欠平衡钻井的需要。To promote the further development of under-balanced drilling technology and push forward the serialization of rotating blowout preventers,Model DQX-Ⅱ low pressure rotating blowout preventer was developed.The preventer adopted a dual-element structure,with the upper element to perform the functions of centralizing and damping and the lower element to perform the function of sealing,so as to make up for the weakness of the single element used by the current under-balanced drilling diversion head.In addition,the upper and lower elements were installed within the BOP's body so as to strengthen the effect of centralizing.The design of lubrication by oil feeding was also adopted to improve the sealing effect of elements effectively and to lengthen their service life.The experiment and field application indicate that in the process of operation the preventer runs properly,has a reliable performance,a strong operability and a desirable effect,basically arriving at the design requirements and meeting the needs of low pressure under-balanced drilling.
