摘　　要：针对井架承载能力评估工作中数据繁琐易出错的问题,应用VC++软件开发工具,依据井架评估原理,编写了井架承载能力计算软件。该软件系统的程序模块包括参数输入、应力查看、回归曲线及评估结果等,以新、旧2种井架评估规范计算井架承载能力,便于对比分析井架承载能力评估结果。现场应用表明,编写的软件系统计算井架承载能力结果与井架实际承载能力基本相符,软件运行正确,应用方便,简化了井架承载能力评估工作。In light of the problem that there exist miscellaneous and fallible data in evaluation of derrick's load-bearing capacity,the calculation software for evaluating derrick load-bearing capacity was compiled,adopting the VC++ software development tool and referring to the derrick evaluation principle.The programming module of the software system includes parameter input,stress check,regressive curve and evaluation result.The old and new derrick evaluation standards were used to calculate derrick load-bearing capacity so that it was easy to compare and analyze the evaluation results of derrick load-bearing capacity.The field application shows that the calculation result of derrick load-bearing capacity obtained by the software system is basically in agreement with the real derrick load-bearing capacity.The software runs properly and is convenient to use and thus the evaluation of derrick load-bearing capacity is simplified.
