摘  要:针对电动车驱动系统中驱动电路在实际运行过程中发热过大,导致整个系统稳定性较差的问题,将同步整流技术应用到控制器驱动电路中。从PWM控制策略角度出发,提出了一种新的PWM调制方式,它采用低导通电阻的功率MOSFET代替开关变换器中的快恢复二极管,起到了续流二极管的作用,降低了续流时的损耗,减少发热,极大地提高了驱动电路的效率和稳定性,最后通过实验证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。In view of the low stability of the whole system that caused by the high heating value has been given off by the driving circuit of the electric vehicle power driven system that works in the actual working process,the synchronized rectification technology is applied to the driving circuit of the controller,and in view of PWM control strategy,a new PWM modulation is proposed.The recovery diode using for freewheeling is replaced by MOSFET with low breakover resistance.The loss of freewheeling and the heating is reduced.So the stability and efficiency of driving circuit are highly enhanced.The feasibility and superiority of this design are confirmed by experiments.
