摘  要:热油管道输送设计中,根据输送油品物性和输送距离来考虑输送方式,需要进行热力计算来确定是否需要进行伴热、增设中间加热站或给管道铺设保温层等来保证管道安全输送和经济输送。对某石化公司一条架空管线输送油品物性进行分析,通过热力计算筛选输送方案,对该管线进行了敷设保温层方式输送,并利用ANSYS热分析软件对管线铺设保温层和无保温层工况进行了模拟计算,得出了合理的结果,达到了设计目的,节省了输送成本。In the hot pipeline transportation design,the transport mode depends on the nature of oil and the transport distance,and heating calculation is needed to determine whether the heating companions are necessary.Intermediate heating stations and an insulating course are added to make sure the pipeline is running safely and at a low cost.Through an analysis of the nature of transported oil down one overhead pipe in a petrochemical company,this paper choose a transport mode via heating calculation,and this transportation mode for this pipeline is adopted by laying an insulating course,and by using ANSYS thermo-mechanical analysis software to simulate this pipeline behavior when it has the insulating course or does not have it.Thus a reasonable result comes out,attaining the engineering design purpose and saving the transportation cost.
