非手术包容疗法治疗儿童股骨头骨软骨炎及其X线片演变规律的观察研究

摘　　要：目的观察非手术包容疗法治疗儿童股骨头骨软骨炎的疗效及其不同时期X线片演变规律。方法对12例患者应用非手术包容疗法,每3个月定期随访1次,观察患儿主症、体征及X线变化。连续观察1~2年。结果 12例患者经过1~2年治疗后,临床症状改善：优8例（66.67%）,良3例（25%）,可1例（8.33%）;X线片测量改善：优5例（41.67%）,良6例（50%）,可1例（8.33%）。并且发现12例患者X线变化具有一定的规律性。结论非手术包容疗法是治疗儿童股骨头软骨炎的有效方法 ,避免了患儿扁平髋的出现（同时发现其发生、发展有一定规律）,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of using Non-surgery containment treating legg-calve-perthes disease.Methods Using non-surgery containment to treat 12 patients,follow-up patient every three month,observing continuously one to two years.Results 12 patients after 2 years treatment,clinical symptoms improvement：superior 8 cases（66.67%）,good 3 cases（25%）,ordinary 1 cases（8.33%）;X-ray improvement：superior 5 cases（41.67%）,good 6 cases（50%）,ordinary 1 cases（8.33%）,discovering the changes of X-ray of 12 patients have certain regularity.Conclusion Non-surgery containment is a useful method to treat Legg-Calve-perthes disease,it is worth in the clinical promoted application.
