两种宫内节育器的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比吉妮固定式宫内节育器和宫型宫内节育器的临床效果。方法对使用吉妮固定式宫内节育器和宫型宫内节育器的育龄妇女,在避孕效果、不良反应等方面进行对比分析。结果吉妮固定式宫内节育器的有效避孕率为95.51%,高于宫型宫内节育器的78.06%;吉妮固定式节育器避孕失败率为0.90%,低于宫型节育器的8.94%;吉妮固定式节育器的不良反应发生率为18.57%,低于宫型节育器的21.47%。结论放置吉妮固定式宫内节育器具有有效避孕率高、不良反应发生率低、适用范围广等优点,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of two intrauterine device（IUD）.MethodThe contraceptive effect and side effect of Gynefix IUD and Uterine shaped IUD were compared in women of childbearing age.Results The effective contraception rate of Gynefix IUD was 95.51%,which was higher than that of Uterine shaped IUD（78.06%）,the failure rate of Gynefix IUD was 0.06%,which was lower than that of Uterine shaped IUD（8.94%）,and the incidence rate of side effect of Gynefix IUD was 18.57%,which was lower than that of Uterine shaped IUD（21.47%）.Conclusion Gynefix IUD had advantages such as high effective contraception rate,low incidence of side effect,and wide applicability,which is worthy to be popularized.
