摘　　要：移动运营商在发展以内容为主的业务时多采用"围墙花园"模式.但随着移动互联网的发展,围墙花园即将坍塌,运营商寻找新的发展模式。文章在对移动互联发展环境分析的基础上,描述当前移动互联网的竞争格局,探索移动互联网的发展趋势,提出运营商在移动互联网时代的关键竞争要素。Mobile operators had been using the ＂walled garden＂ model in developing contentbased services. But with the development of mobile Internet, the ＂walled garden＂ is collapsing. What can be done by the operators to deal with mobile internet？ Based on the analysis of the mobile internet development environment, this paper describes the current competitive landscape of mobile Internet, explores the development trend, and gives the key competitive factors of the mobile operators.
