摘　　要：收入流失已经成为影响电信运营商经营业绩的重要问题,文章分析了收入流失的原因,建立了收入保障实施模型,对收入保障的实施阶段流程、运营商的现实需求等方面进行了研究。运营商面临收入增长的压力、市场竞争的压力、加强管理的要求,使得收入保障成为减少流失提升利润,提升管理水平的重要手段。Operator loss is a serious problem that impacts telecom operators performance. In this article a revenue assurance model is presented based on the analysis of causes of losses, and the process to carry out system and the need for telecom operators were analyzed. Revenue assurance can be an important means to reduce losses and improve management for telecom operators under the pressure of market change and competition.
