基于TRIZ效应理论的注塑机注射机构创新设计

摘　　要：根据企业产品创新的迫切需要,以实现产品设计创新为目的,系统地研究了基于TRIZ效应理论机电产品原理方案的产生过程。介绍了TRIZ效应理论的一些基本内容,总结了在解决实际工程问题中应用TRIZ效应理论的方法和步骤。通过利用TRIZ效应理论对注塑机注射机构存在的问题进行分析,提出了提高注塑机能耗效率和可靠性的创新性方法,验证了理论的可行性。According to the enterprise product innovation＇s urgent need,take realizes the product design innovation as a goal,has studied systematically based on the TRIZ effect theory for mechanical products principle plan generating process.Introduced TRIZ effect theory＇s some basic contents,summarized have applied the TRIZ effect theory in the solution actual project question the method and the step.Through carries on the analysis using the TRIZ effect theory to the injection molding machine injection organization existence＇s question,proposed raises the injection molding machine energy consumption efficiency and the reliable innovative method,has confirmed the theory feasibility.
