摘 要:基于微型CMOS图像传感器OV6920,以微型化、低功耗为原则,对人体无线胶囊内窥镜胶囊进行了设计和实验研究。开发了OV6920外围电路PCB,并按设计组装成磁控无线胶囊式内窥镜胶囊,成像试验验证该系统能采集到清晰的图样,证明了该系统设计的可行性。根据总电路串联阻值与电压、电流和发射功耗之间的关系,对无线发射电路进行了优化设计,降低了其功耗和尺寸。组成工作系统后,整体直径仅10mm,不带照明电路整体功耗最低约100mW。Based on the minimal CMOS image sensor OV6920,design and experiment study on human-body wireless capsule endoscopy have been carried out in principles of micromation and low power consuming.The peripheral circuit of OV6920 is developed,and a magnetic controlled wireless capsule edoscopy MEMS system is assembled according to the design.The clear image captured in the imaging experiment proves the system design feasible.Through optical design,the power consumption of transmitting circuit debases and the dimension is cut down,according to the relations between the resistance in series and the voltage,current,transmitting power consumption.The total diameter of the system is only 10mm,and the power consumption is 100mW without the lighting device,when the modules are connected.
