摘　　要：目的:探讨毁损离断伤残指足背寄养二期联合足部皮瓣手再造术的方法与效果。方法:3例手部毁损性离断患者,采用残拇(指)临时寄养足背,成活后行二期联合足背皮瓣游离移植,重建手的部分功能。结果:各手指及联合的皮瓣均完全存活。结论:残指足背寄养二期联合足部皮瓣手再造术可改善患肢功能,降低致残率,临床疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of later stump finger ectopic implantaed at instep combined foot flap replantation on the treatment of destructive amputation injury at hand.Methods Three patients with destructive amputation injury at hand were treated with two steps method.The stump fingers were temporarily ectopic implantated at instep firstly.After the stump finger survival,the foot flap were replantated secondly to recover the function of hands.Results The amputated and replanted fingers and flap were all survival.Conclusion Stump finger ectopic implantaed at instep combined foot flap replantation for the treatment of destructive amputation injury at hand could effectively recover the function and reduce disability,and its clinical efficacy was satisfactory.
