摘 要:目的:评价中药黄芪和秦艽提取物混合液抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:⑴复制小鼠肺部甲型流感病毒感染模型56只,随机分为病毒对照组(NS,n=9)、利巴韦林组(0.1g/kg,n=11)、黄芪组(0.5g/kg,n=12)、秦艽组(0.5g/kg,n=12)及混合提取物组(0.5g/kg,n=12),给药4d后处死计算肺指数和抑制率;⑵另40只模型,随机均分为病毒对照组、黄芪组、秦艽组及混合提取物组,给药14d后计算各组死亡保护率和延长生命率。结果:⑴利巴韦林组、黄芪组、秦艽组及混合提取物组肺指数抑制率均显著高于正常对照组和病毒对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);⑵黄芪组和混合提取物组小鼠平均存活天数明显高于病毒对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两项实验中均是混合提取物组效果最为明显。结论:黄芪和秦艽混合提取物具有明显的抗甲型流感病毒作用,效果优于单独的黄芪和秦艽。Objective To investigate the effects of mixed astragalus membranaceus and gentiana extracts against influenza A virus. Methods ⑴The influenza A virus infected model were prepared 56 mice were randomly diveded into virus control group(NS,n=9),ribovirin group(0.1 g/Kg,n=11)、astragalus membranaceus group(0.5 g/Kg,n=12),gentiana group(0.5 g/Kg,n=12)and mixed extracts group(0.5 g/Kg,n=12),the lung index and inhibition rate of it were calculated after administration for 4 days,and another 10 mice were enrolled as control group;⑵The other 40 influenza A virus infected mice model were randomly diveded into virus control group,astragalus membranaceus group,gentiana group and mixed extracts group,the death protective rate and prolong survival rate were calculated after administration for 14 days.Results ⑴The inhibition rate of lung index in ribovirin group,astragalus membranaceus group,gentiana group and mixed extracts group were all significantly higher than that of both control and virus control group(P0.05 or P0.01);⑵the average survival days in astragalus membranaceus group and mixed extracts group were all significantly higher than that of virus control group(P0.05 or P0.01).The effects of mixed extracts group was the most obviously in the two experiments.Conclusion The mixed astragalus membranaceus and gentiana extracts could effectively inhibit influenza A virus and the effect was superior to any single extract.
