摘  要:目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对毒鼠强(TET)中毒大鼠γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)表达的影响。方法:30只健康SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组、GSH预处理组,毒鼠强灌胃制备染毒模型,观察各组大鼠脑组织变化情况,并检测脑组织中GABA表达水平。结果:GSH组大鼠惊厥潜伏期延长、中毒症状缓解、大鼠病死率降低,脑组织GABA水平增加。结论:GSH对TET中毒大鼠脑组织有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione(GSH) on the expression of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in acute tetramine(TET) poisoning rats.Methods Thirty healthy rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,control group and GSH-pretreated group.The acute toxicity animal model was prepared with TET intragastric administration.The changes of pathology in brain tissue were estimated with HE staining.The expressions of GABA in brain were analyzed with immunofluorescecnce method.Results The latency was prolonged,the symptoms were relieved,the mortality was decreased and the expression of GABA was increased in rats of GSH group.Conclusion GSH could effectively protect the brain tissue of acute tetramine poisoning rats.
