摘  要:目的:探讨不同应激时程(1h,24h,1w和4w)、不同应激方式对大鼠探究、修饰、攻击行为的影响及血粘度低切、中切、高切的变化。方法:实验采用空瓶刺激法及无空瓶刺激法等,将96只Wistar大鼠随机分为情绪应激组、生理应激组、对照组,对大鼠进行心理和生理应激、行为学观测后,立即处死大鼠,测定血粘度。结果:第1、3、4周情绪应激组大鼠攻击行为分数明显高于生理应激组(P<0.05);第1、3周时探究行为ES组明显高于PS组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在全血粘度中切速率下,24h时ES组明显高于PS组(P<0.05);在全血粘度高切速率下,1h和24h时ES组明显高于PS组(P<0.05)。结论:情绪应激组大鼠比生理应激组大鼠行为活动量大、血粘度值高,提示不同应激方式对大鼠的行为及血液流变学的改变是不同的。Objective:To investigate the distinct effects of emotional and physiological stress at separated time-history(1 h,24 h,1 w and 4 w) on behaviors including exploring,grooming,attacking and the change of the blood viscosity(5 s-1,50 s-1,100 s-1) in rats.Methods:Ninety-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into groups of emotional stress[(ES) (1 h ES,24 h ES,1 w ES and 4 w ES,n=8)],physiological stress [(PS)( 1 h PS,24 h PS,1 w PS and 4 w PS,n=8)] and controls[(C)(1 h,24 h,1 w,and 4 w,n=8 each)],and after the observation of the rats concerning emotional and physiological stress and behaviors,all rats were killed for determination of the blood viscosity.Results:At week 1,3 and 4,total scores of attacking behavior in emotionally stressed rats were significantly higher than those of the physiologically stressed(P0.05).The exploring behavior of rats became intensified at 1 w and 3 w in ES groups as compared with PS group,with evident statistical difference(P0.05).By examination of the median shear blood viscosity,ES at 24 h was higher than that of PS,with similar finding of ES at 1 h and 24 h(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with PS rats,ES rats behaved more actively and showed higher blood viscosity,which suggests that different stress would lead to different behaviors and various change in hemorheology.
