小横切口手术治疗小儿斜疝340例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的微创手术方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年9月～2009年6月期间对340例小儿腹股沟斜疝采用经外环横形小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗的临床资料。结果:340例全部治愈,无切口感染等并发症发生,术后随访6个月～2年,仅1例复发。结论:经外环横形小切口疝囊高位结扎术具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低、疤痕小等优点,是一种安全有效的治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的微创手术方法。Objective：To explore the minimal invasion in treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children.Methods：The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 340 children with indirect inguinal hernia,between Sept.2000 and Jun.2009,undergone minimal transverse incision by high ligation of hernial sac via external ring.Results：The total 340 cases were cured and the procedure duration was 12min on average,with no occurrence of wound infection and complications.Postoperative follow-up from 6 months to 2 years suggested that only one case of relapse.Conclusion：High ligation of hernial sac via external ring with small incision is a safe and minimally invasive procedure in treating the indirect inguinal hernia of children,for it results in less invasion,early recovery,fewer complications and light visual skin scar.
