视觉电生理检查对白内障术后视功能预测的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障超声乳化手术前行闪光视网膜电流图(F-ERG)和闪光视诱发电位(F-VEP)检查对术后视力预测的可靠性。方法:分析137眼白内障患者术前做F-ERG和F-VEP检查与术后视力的关系。结果:视觉电生理检查的符合率达90.8%。结论:F-ERG和F-VEP对白内障术后的视功能预测客观、有效。Objective：To verify the reliability of pre-operative flash electroretinogram（F-ERG） and flash visual evoked potential（F-VEP） examination for evaluation of the visual function recovery after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods：The outcomes were determined by analyzing the relationship between patients undergoing F-ERG and F-VEP examination and the visual acuity recovery in 137 eyes after cataract procedure.Results：90.8% of the patients were consistent with the outcomes with regard to the pre-operative visual electrophysiological examination.Conclusion：F-ERG and F-VEP examination may be objective and reliable in predicting the outcomes of visual function in post-cataract patients.
