摘 要:小江调水是引江济渭入黄方案中的重要方案之一.小江调水方案是从三峡库区支流小江取水,水源丰富,调水量保证率高,Ⅰ期调水40亿m3,引水流量300 m3/s.在综合分析各种调蓄水库的可能性后,推荐采用沣河平原水库方案来调蓄小江来水,并对该方案的作用和效果进行了分析.结果表明:该方案冲淤效果得到改善,减淤量在平水系列比无水库时提高19.6%,在枯水系列提高32.4%.In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources and the channel sedimentation of Yellow River and Weihe River,the Ministry of Water Resources carried out the project of water diversion from Yangtze River to Yellow River and dispatching water from Xiaojiang River was one of the important schemes.The water resources of Xiaojiang River,being a small tributary of the Three Gorges Reservoir,is rich and can be ensured a high rate of a water diversion 4×108 m3,water flow rate 300 m3/s.After analyzing the possibility of serious regulating reservir schemes,Fenghe River plain reservior scheme was advised to regulate water from Xiaojiang River and its role and effect were analyzed.The result showed that flushing effects of the scheme were improved and the volume of sedimentation reduction was increased by 19.6% than when there wasn't reservoirs in normal water period,32.4% inerease in low water period.the Fenghe River Plain solution is advised to regulate flow from Xiaojiang River and the role and effectiveness are analyzed.
