摘　　要：现代雷达的发展对大功率阴极调制类真空管发射机提出了全波形工作的要求,这就需要大功率高重复频率的调制器。介绍了最近研制成功的一种小型化全固态刚管调制器,它采用IGBT串并联技术,可应用于中等功率多注速调管,其输出脉冲电压20kV,脉冲电流30A,重复频率达40kHz。介绍了开关管的选型、调制器的电路拓扑、调制器驱动电路、开关管的均压、均流电路和负载短路保护电路等;给出了部分组成框图,重点论述了该调制器降低开关管损耗的关键技术;同时给出了各种参数下的工作波形;最后讨论了它在雷达发射机中的应用前景。The high-power cathode-modulated transmitter proposes the requirement for full waveform work because of the fast development of modern radar.A miniaturized all-solid state hard tube modulator which is developed recently is introduced.This modulator can be used in medium-power multi-beam klystron,with output voltage of 20 kV,pulse current of 30 A,and pulse repetition frequency can achieve 40 kHz.The IGBT series-parallel technology is applied in this modulator.The chosen of switch transistor,circuit topology of modulator,driving circuit,voltage sharing and current sharing circuit of the switch transistor,the protection for short circuit and so on are introduced.Some construction diagram are presented,and the key technology of this modulator,i.e.the method of decreasing switching loss,is investigated particularly.The working waves of the modulator under different parameters are shown simultaneously,and the prospects of this modulator in radar transmitter application are discussed ultimately.
