医用冷冻实验室离心机制冷系统设计及腔体内温度场研究

摘  要:依目前医用冷冻实验室离心机的研究现状,通过采用CFD方法对离心腔内的速度场进行初步的理论计算,分析了蒸发器与离心机腔体内空气之间的传热性能;根据CFD的计算结果设计与之相匹配的制冷系统,并对制冷系统各主要部件进行设计与选型计算;最后,对所设计的医用冷冻实验室离心机制冷系统进行实验研究,分别测试不同运行工况下离心腔内速度场和离心腔内温度场,并对离心腔内速度场实验值与理论计算值进行对比。结果表明,腔体内速度场计算结果可靠,根据速度场的模拟计算结果来分析蒸发器的传热性能可行,制冷系统设计合理。In this study,the centrifuge cavity velocity field was calculated with the CFD method and the characteristics of the heat transfer between the evaporator and the air in the centrifuge cavity were analyzed.A refrigeration system including its main components was designed according to the results calculated.Experiments were conducted to measure the centrifuge cavity temperature and velocity field at different operating modes for the refrigeration system designed.The comparison results show that the predictions of the velocity field in the centrifuge cavity agree well with the experimental data.It seems that the analysis on the heat transfer of evaporators based on the predictions of the velocity field is feasible.
