油液污染监测用电容传感器探头的研究

摘　　要：为克服油液流态的突变和沉积膜等因素对测量精度的影响，提出了一种新型半圆极板的管形电容传感器敏感探头的设计思想和方法该传感器探头灵敏度高、抗污染能力强，且便于清洗和更换。A mind and means about a new type of sensitive probe with capacitor sensor are introduced. This semicircular pole piece and tubular sensor, which can overcome the influence caused by the change of fluid condition and precipitation film, has the properties of high sensitivity and anticontamination. It is also convenient to clean and change, and is suitable to on-line monitoring for oil analysis.
