单过硫酸氢钾的复合钠盐的杀菌消毒效果的应用研究

摘　　要：浓度为10～60mg/L单过硫酸氢钾的复合钠盐对不同种类微生物悬液的作用5min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均为100%,对白色念珠菌的杀灭率大于99.50%,此作用条件下未观察到其对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭作用;160mg/L单过硫酸氢钾的复合钠盐作用30min未见对乙肝病毒表面抗原的灭活作用。在一定作用条件下单过硫酸氢钾的复合钠盐对细菌繁殖体有良好的杀灭作用,对真菌也有一定的杀灭作用,但未见其对细菌芽孢及乙肝病毒表面抗原的灭活作用。Objective;In order to know the germicidal efficacy of potassium peroxy-monopersulfate.Methods：Suspension and quantities＇ bactericidal tests were carried out.Results：At 20℃ the solution containing potassium 10-40g/L and with 5 minutes contact time couldekill 100% of escherchla coli and staphylococcus aureus in suspension and its solution with 5-mintunes contacting time could kill over 99.50% of Candida albicans in suspension.But the solution containing 40mg/L and with 5-minutes contacting time could not kill spores of Bacillus var.niger.At 20℃,the solution containing 160mg/Land with 30-minute contacting time could not destroy the antigenicity of HbsAg.Conclusion：potassium peroxy-monopersulfate could kill bacteria under certain coulditions and could kill fungus to some extent,but without efficacy on bacteria spare and HbsAg.
