摘　　要：随着中国教育制度的不断完善和教育改革的不断深入,创新素质教育作为素质教育与创新教育的结合体开始进入中国教育改革的视野,成为引领中国未来教育发展的新的理论思想。同时西方哲学教育思想蕴含的历史与文化底蕴,为中国的教育事业发展提供了借鉴。With the deepening reform of China＇s education system ,the cultivation of innovation and the quality education has been paid much more attention by Chinese people . It is becoming the leading force to China＇s future educational development . Since the western philosophy contains rich educational thoughts from which China can learn a lot ,the cultivation of innovation quality can learn something from the modern western philosophy .
