摘　　要：国有土地上房屋的征收和补偿对居民生活影响重大,备受社会关注。必须以公共利益为目的,由政府组织拆迁或授权拆迁。明确补偿主体,确定补偿标准,实行相应和及时的补偿原则,依法征收。The issue of expropriation and compensation of the housing on the state - owned land have great impact on the life of the public and much more attention has been paid to the problem . It is apparent that the remove of the housing must consider the public interests and it should be organized by government It is also important for us to make clear the subject of the compensation and the compensation standards,to implement appropriate and timely compensation princip. The expropriation should be carried out by law .
