摘　　要：根据新能源汽车发展现状,分析了实施新能源汽车项目的风险并建立风险评价指标体系。运用多层次灰色评价方法对河南实施新能源汽车项目的风险进行评价,最后得到综合评价值,确定河南目前实施新能源汽车项目的风险比较大。应采取一定的措施并掌握发展新能源汽车的核心技术后再进行产业化。According to the development status of the new energy vehicles,this paper analyzes the implementation of the risk of the new energy auto project and establishes the evaluation index system;uses the multi-level grey evaluation method to evaluate the implementation of the risk of the new energy auto project in Henan Province;finally,gets a comprehensive value of the evaluation and determines the current risk of the new energy vehicles in Henan Province which is relatively large.We should take certain measures and master the core technology of the new energy vehicles for industrialization.
