摘　　要：现代劳动价值论揭示了当今世界私有制和公有制两大经济制度中的经济矛盾。能够指导我们科学地认识当代经济法的体系和特征、确定经济法主体以及以所有权为核心的经济制度、完善我国经济法律制度。The modern labour value theory It can help or guide us to recognize scientifically the system and features,define the subject of economic law and the institutions of economic law which take the ownership as the core to improve our country＇s economic legal system by bringing to light the contradiction both in the private ownership and the public ownership nowdays.
