关于湖北省重大项目投资规模的统计分析

摘　　要：本文对重大建设项目库的功能与作用进行探讨,并以全社会固定资产投资、全社会固定资产投资占GDP的比重、重点项目投资占全社会固定资产投资的比重和省外对湖北投资的强度的历史数据为统计分析基础,对湖北省2010～2015年期间投资总规模可能达到的水平进行测算。This paper explores the functions of the government alternative projects in directing the investment plan. The authors also give estimation on the possible total investment during 2010-2015 using historical data of total investment in fixed assets （TIFA）, the TIFA/GDP ratio, and the weight of the major to total projects and the external investment to support the confidence level.
