口腔科医务人员职业暴露危险因素问题分析

摘　　要：目的减少口腔诊疗过程中病人间交叉感染及医护人员职业暴露的概率。方法采用调查、询问、对照检测(诊疗器械、经血液体液传播疾病血清血检测)等方法,进行统计分析。结果调查5所医疗机构的口腔科,口腔器械合格率为89.81%;医护人员HBV病毒、抗-HCV感染率分别为2.70%、10.81%。结论口腔科诊疗器械污染、医护人员职业暴露状况不容忽视。Objective To depress the factors of the infection in a hospital and probability from the occupational exposure of medical staffs in department of stomatology. Methods By using the investigation, inquiry, and comparative detection （therapy instrument, the virus of the medical staffs＇ hands, through blood spread disease） and the other methods. The obtained data were calculated and analyzed. Results In 5 investigated medical enterprises of municipal level, the qualified rate of the oral instrument was 89. 81% ;the infection rates of the medical staffs＇ bearing with anti-HCV and HBV was 2. 7%, 10. 81% respectively. Conclusion The status of the stomatology instruments and the occupational exposure of medical staffs can not be ignored, the effective control measure can depress the occurrence of the infection in a hospital and the occupational of exposure.
